Support Functions from the DTTN Portal
DTTN provides user-friendly support features to help the community use of DTTN as their single window:
- Users can acquire and invoke services from multiple affiliated service providers by signing-on only once in the DTTN.
- A simple Web-based graphical user interface to enquire, report on, download and re-use their business documents in an interactive manner. This also allows enquiries about the status any document exchanged via the DTTN.
- Reports on document status and transaction log with audit information such as time of sending, recipients, status of the message.
- A set of administrative tools for users to manage their own accounts and profile information stored in the DTTN.
