2001	The 2001 Policy Address suggested the development of an inter-modal system and supporting facilities for speeding up the flow of goods and information
2002	DTTN concept was mooted in Accenture Report commissioned by the government
2003	DTTN concept was endorsed by the Hong Kong Logistics Development Council Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited was selected by the government to develop and operate DTTN services
2004	Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited set up its subsidiary Digital Trade and Transportation Network Limited
2005	HKSAR Government became a shareholder of DTTNCo
2006	DTTN started operations
2009	DTTNCo become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tradelink Electronic Commerce Limited
