Assistant Managers, Business Implementation

Reporting to the Business Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Sales and Marketing team on pre-sales activities and gather customer requirements for direct integration projects.
  2. Prepare detail project plan with the customer.
  3. Prepare for the user and technical requirements for the integration project.
  4. Liaise with various parties to ensure that the integration project is on track and the customer expectation is fulfilled.
  5. Review project status with customer regularly and ensure the integration project is properly managed.
  6. Plan, set up and coordinate user acceptance test with the customer.
  7. Work with various parties to ensure that all issues identified for the integration project are properly mitigated or resolved.
  8. Conduct demonstration and customer briefing.

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Computing Science / Information Technology/ Logistics, or similar credential.
  2. At least 5 years of solid experiences in the Information Technology and the Logistics industry.
  3. Proven project management skills on IT projects.
  4. Experience in EDIFACT, ANSI X.12, XML, AS1, AS2, EBMS, Document Exchange Services or other international messaging protocol will be an advantage.
  5. Excellent analytical, coordination, presentation, communication, prioritizing, documentation, problem solving skills.
  6. Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking. Can work independent with minimum supervision.
  7. Self-motivated; Energetic; Open-minded.
  8. Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua is an asset.

Assistant Managers, Sales

Reporting to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and sell the DTTN e-document exchange services, and develop and maintain close relationship with our clients.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to develop and implement sales plan and account development plan to generate sales leads and achieve sales targets.
  • Identify opportunities, qualify sales leads, organize structured acquisition plans and close the deals.
  • Establish close relationship and rapport with customers.
  • Work closely with the Business Implementation team on customer requirements and contribute to the smooth delivery of the e-document solution to clients.
  • Provide sales forecasts and report market situation to management.
  • Given the start-up nature of the DTTN, the position is also expected to take on any other tasks and responsibilities that are required to meet the DTTN objectives

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in relevant disciplines.
  • 3 - 5 years working experience in handling corporate accounts and selling e-commerce solutions, messaging services or IT solutions preferably to the trade, logistics and / or transportation industry.
  • Excellent presentation skills and negotiation skills at the senior level and written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with both the customers and internal departments.
  • Mature & leasant in personality. Agg. & ro-active in character & able to take pressure in a competitive environment.
  • Experience in using MS Office applications.
  • Ability in opening new markets and works independently.
